Gotcha. They called it a “Panther” when handing out tokens for rides. Since Panther and Panzer are the same word in different languages, and this is all happening in French-speaking Belgium, errors ensue.

I think it was just a pronunciation error. Panzer actually means “armour” in German, or in this case Swiss which is the original nationality of the Panzer 68. For a moment I thought you got ridiculously lucky to ride an original Panther, not many of those exist in running order these days :P
